Back from Italy

It was as I thought. Back from Italy means also the autumn has arrived here in Austria. And I had to change my cloths immediately. Away with the summer skirts and shoes. Now it's time for more trousers, more stockings, more pullovers and hogans (from the summer sale) and scarfs. Today it's raining outside but I will enjoy the day the same putting in order my closet and enjoying a good cup of cappuccino.

Shopping at Prada Factory Store-Space Outlet Montevarchi

I have forgotten to tell you my shopping latest shopping results from prada factory store at montevarchi in Tuscany. I bought two nice skirts for winter. And because I couldn't make a decision between these two ones I bought them both. I also found a blouse for only 50 euros and so I couldn't resist to buy also the blouse. At the end a paid 270 euro for all which is not very much as you lookbat the prices in the prada stores. To make also my man content we had lunch at the prada cafe. I hope we will return soooooon.

Polenta fritta con rosmarino e Salvia

Wieder ein Rezept meiner toscanischen Schwiegermutter. Man nehme eine gute Sorte polenta, koche ihn und dann streicht man den fertigen Polenta auf ein Brett und lässt ihn abkühlen. Dann erhitzt man die Frittierpfanne mit Olivenöl und gibt einige Zweige Rosmarin und Salbei hinzu, welche den Geschmack verfeinern und auch herrlich knusprig schmecken. Der in dünne Scheiben geschnittene Polenta wird dann in dienender Pfanne gegeben und frittiert.wenn er knusprig und goldbraun ist, herausnehmen und auf frittierpapier ein wenig abtropfen lassen und nachsalzen bei bedarf. Fertig ist das ganze. Polenta kann allein gereicht werden oder als Beilage zu Wildschwein, Hirsch oder Reh. Mir schmeckt es total gut und man kann kaumehr damit aufhören.

It s the beginning of october and I have to say it's almost summer here on the Tuscan seaside.
Everyday I'm going to the see and i'm enjoying the last days with this extrem warm temperatures always up to 30 degrees. But I m happy. These are the best days in the year because sometimes you are the only person at the beach. Close. Your eyes, reflect and enjoy the last warm days in 2011
